Who is responsible for your data

Zoomy operates this site and decides why and how the data described below is processed, acting as data controller for it. We don’t sell products or process payments directly — sign-in and payments run through Whop (see "Third parties" below), which is an independent controller for that part of the flow.

For any privacy request, the fastest way to reach us is through our Discord server — see the "Join Discord" link in the site footer.

What we collect, and why

Account basics: your name and email address, and your Whop account identifier, obtained when you sign in with Whop. Used to create your account on this site and know who you are across visits.

Coaching data (only if you’re a coaching customer): session dates, coach notes, homework, and session reports, entered by your coach. Used to run the coaching service you signed up for — this is the core of what we’re providing you.

Rank progress (only if you use "My Journey"): your VALORANT rank history and target rank, either logged by your coach or entered by you. Used to show your own progress chart back to you.

Guide favorites: which guides you’ve bookmarked, stored against your account so they show up again on your next visit.

We do not collect payment details (card numbers, billing address) — those never reach our servers; Whop processes them directly.

What stays only in your browser

Some preferences never leave your device: your reading progress on guides, whether you’ve marked the "join Discord" onboarding step done, and your preferred guides view (grid/list). These are stored in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers, and are not accessible to us.

Legal basis

We process account and coaching data because it’s necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you buy a session, a pack, or Community Access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Basic technical data needed to keep the site secure and working is processed under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third parties

Whop (whop.com) handles sign-in and payments for us and is an independent data controller for that processing — see their own privacy policy on their site for what they do with it.

Cloudflare provides the hosting and infrastructure this site runs on, and processes standard technical request data (like IP addresses) as our processor, for security and reliability.

valorant-api.com, a community-run public API, is called directly from your browser to fetch rank/agent/map icons and names. Your browser sends it a normal web request (which includes your IP address, as with any site you visit); we don’t send it your account information.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers — see our Cookie Policy for the technical detail.

How long we keep it

We keep account and coaching data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you come back or raise a dispute. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, or object to how we use it. Reach us via Discord to exercise any of these.

If you think we’ve mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Minors

If you are below the age at which your country’s law lets you consent to this on your own (14 in Italy), please have a parent or guardian create the account and agree to this policy on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or why changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
